My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?

As the products are coming directly from the manufacturer, products can take 15-25 business days once processed.

You should have received a tracking number and sometimes products seem to stall. If this is the case please contact us with your order number and we will ask the manufacturer the status on your order.

If your product is lost we will provide a remedy or in some cases a refund.

We ship direct from the manufacturer to keep costs down but it does take longer unfortunately, that is the trade off.
