We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase - so please choose carefully. If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act. We also cannot refund you if you have used your product.
So when you're at the checkout, take a second to run your eye over your order for any slips of the finger before submitting because once you've submitted it, it's too late!!
If your order has not been processed yet, we may be able to cancel your order and refund payment, however if 2-3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
