  • How do I track my order?

    If you are looking for an update on your order go to our contact page and submit an enquiry for Tracking & Shipping.
  • I think my parcel is lost, what should I do?

    If you haven't received your parcel within 6 weeks, please contact us straight away. We will contact our suppliers to see where your parcel is. We will either send you a replacement or a refund.
  • When will I get my tracking number?

    Orders are often processed within 48 hrs, however at peak-times it can take up to 7 days. Please wait patiently for a tracking number, we will pass this on to you as soon as we have it. We have a robust system for tracking orders, once we get this we will email you with the details.
